Keppra purchase canada TRUMBULL, CT – Today, Tim Herbst’s campaign for State Treasurer released the following statement in response to a letter to the editor, which appeared in the Hartford Courant, responding to reports that Ms. Nappier had in fact acted against the advice of the Investment Advisory Council (IAC):

“Since Ms. Nappier and her defenders have chosen to continue misrepresenting the facts regarding her role in ignoring the advice of the IAC we are releasing e-mails from Ms. Thomas that show her understanding of Ms. Nappier’s blatant disregard for the IAC,” said JR Romano, spokesman for the Herbst campaign.

“We hope these communications will shed new light on some of the dangers of having a sole fiduciary and further demonstrate the need for reform in the State Treasurer’s Office,” added Romano.
“Unlike Ms. Nappier, a sixteen year incumbent who is clearly used to getting her way, Tim will work to safeguard state taxpayer resources from these irresponsible actions,” Romano concluded.
The e-mail exchange below shows Ms. Thomas’ own recognition that Treasurer Nappier could and did in fact rebuff the advice of the council.
